FAQs
Most UK wedding venues accept biodegradable confetti as it is environmentally friendly and easy to clean up afterwards.
Our confetti is made from 100% natural, flower petals, providing a truly eco-friendly and fully biodegradable alternative to synthetic confetti. Unlike paper or plastic confetti, our petals naturally break down without harming the environment.
The freeze-drying process of our rose petals and hydrangea petals helps retain the petals’ natural shape, vibrant colour, and soft texture, ensuring they don’t wilt, go brown, or crumble. This means you get light, perfect petals that float gently when tossed, creating a magical, unforgettable confetti moment on your special day.
We also offer delphinium petal confetti, these petals are air dried and again these are biodegradable, eco-friendly and support sustainability.
We offer a wide range of colours and mixes, and offer a free sample service to help you choose petals that can perfectly match your wedding or event theme. Our petals are perfect for photographers to capture those amazing picture-perfect shots.
We offer a pre-order service when you can order your petals in advance and we will despatch them to you 3-4 weeks before your event, or timings to suit your plans.
Freeze-drying is a preservation technique that keeps the natural shape and colour of petals without using any chemicals. This process works through sublimation, where moisture is removed directly from the frozen petals using specialised freeze-drying equipment.
The petals are first frozen at very low temperatures, typically around -20°C, for about 24 hours. During this time, the moisture is carefully extracted. The entire process can take around 14 days from harvest to completion, depending on the type of petal. The result is a beautifully preserved petals that retain their original shape and colour, offering a long-lasting, natural look. However that doesn't mean they need to stored in a freezer until your special day, just keep them in them in dark dry conditions.

Please note that all our petals are natural, so slight colour variations can occur from season to season.
